Adjustable Test Stab Set Maximum Flexibility for Circuit Breaker Testing

The ETI adjustable test stab set may be used with your high-current circuit breaker testers to maximize efficiency and convenience for testing multiple breakers. Our stab system allows your technicians to test breakers in-place and avoid jacking breakers up or down for testing. By combining mobility and flexibility into one simple system, this stab set is a proven improvement over conventional designs. The components in the adjustable stab set are made of 120 pounds of 110 copper.

The ETI universal adjustable test stab system includes:

• Scissor Adjustable Arms that can be used in any configuration to meet your requirements. A 2 & 1 setup is great for offset fused breakers such as the GE AKU’s.
• .25″ shims used to increase the stab thickness from .50″ to .75″ for both the vertical and horizontal stabs.
• Horizontal stabs for smaller air power circuit breakers such as the Westinghouse DB-15 and DB-25.
• Horizontal stabs with .25″ shims for larger air power circuit breakers such as Westinghouse DB-50, DB-75, DB-100 and GE AK-50.
• Vertical stabs for smaller air power circuit breakers such as Westinghouse DS-206 and DS-416 and Siemens RL-800 and RL-1600.
• Vertical stabs with .25″ shims for larger air power circuit breakers such as the Westinghouse DS-632 and DS-420.
• 2″, 3″, &am; 3-5/8″ Large round stabs for round configured connections such as the ITE K-line 2000A and above.
• Stabs used to connect to any mechanical lug – great for testing molded case breakers.
• Mounting brackets to accommodate ETI, Multi-Amp, AVO, Megger circuit breaker testers.
